It went about as smooth as something like this can, there are always surprises along the way. He was very fair when it came to the price of the extras that were outside of the contract, like water damage and termite repairs. No corners were cut to save time and the work was done correctly. I am not your typical home owner, I have an extensive construction back round and am very aware of the correct construction methods. I hired Dan because I don't have the time to do the job myself. Here is the beautiful part for all of you considering remodeling. The final price was about 30% less than those guys on the south side of Lodi with all the fancy glossy magazine adds who will remain name less for obvious reasons."
