"I cannot say enough great things about Richard and General American. We hired him to redo our kitchen, remove a wall and demo a lot of tile. First off, he is the most reliable contractor that I have ever come across. If he says he will be at the project at 8am, he is there at 7:55am every time. Second is that you can tell he takes great pride in his work. My wife and I are pretty detail oriented people, and we could not be happier with the outcome of everything. We designed everything and sourced the materials, he made it come to life. Lastly, he is just a genuinely nice guy. I cannot tell you how many times as I was talking things through with him he said to me "I just want to make sure you are happy". He did, and we are. I have already referred him to 2 friends of mine for remodeling jobs. All of his team that he brought in- Jim, Troe, Chris, Luis were fantastic as well for things like painting, electrical, woodwork and tile work.
