"Excellent, excellent work. They showed up on time, had open communication with me. They cleaned up before and after everyday. I had a jammed door that I thought had to be completely replaced, he fixed it and installed a new screen. He didn't have to do that he could have just charged me for the door and replaced it like I originally asked. A windstorm Blew over my PVC fence and a few of it's panels. When he came to fix it he went above and beyond and reinstalled the foundation. The pricing was fair and I already recommended him."

Not only did Eric correct some mistakes from prior contractors saving our home from future damage, and power wash the exterior, but they scraped, replaced the old, rotted wood pieces of siding and caulking before applying fresh caulking and painting the house and soffit. Some of the wood trim around the windows and the attic vent over the garaged were also replaced Eric and Santiago were always on time and even though the needs were many, they finished the job early despite temperatures in the high 90's and even in the low 100's. "This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. "noticed a leak in my garage ceiling, Mike was the second professional to contact me and give an estimate. Though he was the higher of my estimates, I decided to hire Mike because he took the time to explain what he was going to do and why, water puddled on a roof valley and was leaking into garage. instead of a temporary fix of a sealant, he repaired with new shingles and sheathing. I was concerned about the shingles not matching because of HOA rules where I live, but Mike assured me the shingles he replaced would match the old shingles, they did. He was on time and cleaned everything up when done. very polite, knocked on door before coming in, as a female senior I really appreciated that old school courtesy. Took pictures of area he shingled so i could see the finish result, he did an excellent job."
