Philip philosophy is to ensure the complete satisfaction of his customers, to treat them respectfully with a most attentive ear: the kind of care and passion, coupled with attention to the most minute of concern or detail we have, was always met with the utmost courtesy and organization. Philip and his team, including Nicole and Josh, were extremely punctual (would literally arrive on the dot, if not before), respectfully neat, and treated us like family. Our project was quite challenging, involving extensive reparative work on our travertine flooring. The final product after several phases of work entails an absolutely gorgeous floor that has now been made handicap accessible and repaired thanks to the expertise, time, skillset, and dedication of Philip and his team. He has gotten life-long customers with us, and we will be recommending Philip company to our friends and family. I want to add that Philip level of courtesy, compassion, and understanding of some of our major concerns is a tier-one example of what any business owner should exemplify. "I hired Cruz Tile Service to re-caulk our roll-in shower. Jose showed up on time to look at the job and gave us a very competitive quote. He came back a couple of days later to do the work. He showed up on time and went right to work. A couple of hours later he was done and the work he did was beautiful. He even took care of a couple of areas we hadn't even asked him to do. And he didn't charge us a dime more. You should try Cruz Tile Service if you need this kind of work. I will definitely call Cruz again."
