When I contacted Jack in the summer he set clear expectations when he could provide me with a quote and he was very punctual with it. After inspecting the work that needed to be done, he provided several options and was very patient with the follow up questions. Once we finalized on the option, he worked very fast to get the necessary paperwork. He did all the work himself and with high quality. He even helped me with a contact with another contractor for something unrelated to the job that he was doing. Jack communicates very well, and he always answers e-mails and texts promptly. We highly recommend Jack, and we would gladly hire him for future projects."

"Edmar and his helper Marcio were fantastic. They were conscientious of our property. They rebuilt a patio and changed our deck to extend the patio for us. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed. Cannot wait to have them back to rebuild the outdoor fireplace and steps leading to the front door. We have recommended him to our neighbors"

"We recently finished a major home addition with LKS Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Communication throughout the project was great. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work is excellent — they really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the finished product. The project did take alot longer than originally estimated, but it started in the winter and there were a few unavoidable delays along the way. Even so, the company handled challenges extremely well. They were especially impressive when problem-solving issues with subcontractors and working through some unexpected engineering challenges.
