"I was happy, and lucky to have found All Dry. Howard, the GM, answered the phone early in the morning while my finished basement was taking on water very quickly. Unlike other emergency companies, I was never told someone couldn't come. Within the hour Jay was at the house pumping the water out and stayed until the work was done for the day. Jay returned for the follow up visits as scheduled and let me know of his whereabouts and arrival times. With additional questions that I had, Chris, the owner, came over, finished the job, and spent time looking around and investigating where the water may have entered. Chris also suggested things I could use and do in the meantime until I can permanently fix the problem. I am willing to pay more for a company that is responsive, patient, and does good work. That said, I think the pricing was fair and they did not gouge in an emergency situation. I feel confident that if I have any questions in the future I can call All Dry. In the event of another water or remediation emergency I trust that I can call All Dry for immediate help. You'll be happy you chose All Dry."
