I was happy, and lucky to have found All Dry. Howard, the GM, answered the phone early in the morning while my finished basement was taking on water very quickly. Unlike other emergency companies, I was never told someone couldn't come. Within the hour Jay was at the house pumping the water out and stayed until the work was done for the day. Jay returned for the follow up visits as scheduled and let me know of his whereabouts and arrival times. With additional questions that I had, Chris, the owner, came over, finished the job, and spent time looking around and investigating where the water may have entered. Chris also suggested things I could use and do in the meantime until I can permanently fix the problem. I am willing to pay more for a company that is responsive, patient, and does good work. That said, I think the pricing was fair and they did not gouge in an emergency situation. I feel confident that if I have any questions in the future I can call All Dry. In the event of another water or remediation emergency I trust that I can call All Dry for immediate help. You'll be happy you chose All Dry.

Great experience working with Howard from All Dry! Howard responded to my inquiry the morning after I posted, and he inspected the mold that same day. Howard provided an honest assessment and offered a few different solutions to remedy the problem. Would definitely contact Howard and the company again in the future, and I would recommend them to others who have any mold issues. Thank you, Howard & All Dry!!

We had mold building up in the basement since many years and needed remediation. The buildup was in areas where it was impossible to reach . All dry services got our project completed at best price , did an absolutely perfect job and in a very timely manner - not easy to find such companies. They also used special equipment that none other companies even owned . They kept in touch with text and email during the process - appreciate the good communication. Definitely recommend them and will rehire when needed.
