He called the next day with a reasonable bid, gave a 2-3 week timeline and told me a mid size opener would be adequate for the tall doors. He called twice with status updates on equipment orders. I particularly appreciated this as it gave me confidence in his commitment. In about a week and a half he showed up with a small crew on time in the morning and stayed until all work was completed. They cleaned up all shipping materials, demonstrated the function of the new openers and Phil told me to call with any issues. I opened my shop door, pulled in my car and sat down to write this.
