"A fire damaged my townhouse, particularly, my roof and attic. A contractor recommended by insurance company replaced my roof, but I felt that he did not do a good job and needed a 3rd party to have it inspected. Lawrence was on-time and did a great job. I informed NextDay Inspect that I have a 3 level townhouse, which is quite high and was concerned about the ability for them to inspect my roof. I was told that the inspector would use a drone to view and to take pictures of my roof. Although Lawrence did not use a drone, but a GoPro attached to a long pole, he was able to obtain sufficient images of my roof. He also provided insight into other areas of my house that need addressing. I will definitely hire them again."
