    Comment: Kitchen remodel: 15'x14' kitchen, ~20' of lower cabinets, ~6' upper cabinets. Want tile floors and marble or granite counters. Remove ~6ft non-load bearing wall. Basement finishing: 26'x26' basement, currently partially finished (about half). Want space fully opened up with exception to a 13'x10' utility room for washer/dryer and utilities. Use vinyl plank flooring. Want to use correct materials for basement remodel Outdoor hot tub deck/pergola: Looking for a Trex deck to be installed around a hot tub (not yet purchased). Deck would be about 18'x20' (but hot tub would be included in those dimensions). Need a privacy wall built into pergola on one side. Looking to make this an "escape" so want electric outlet(s) and features like down lights on step(s) leading up to deck, and potentially some minor landscaping. Still looking for inspiration for what exactly this looks like so need someone who has some design experience. Project would be funded by HELOC or home equity loan. Budget is ~$100k.
