He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product. "During the fires of 2020 we had damage to our house. Luis and his crew got on the job right away and handled everything for us from permits to debris removal. They rebuilt our deck and we absolutely love it!! They also replaced damaged paneling to the outside of our mobile home including the windows. They are very professional and Luis answered every question thoroughly and in detail so that the process ran smoothly. Very polite down to earth guy. I will definitely be using LC Professionals in the future for more home projects."
