"Roger transformed our garage into a beautiful music jam room for my husband. We wanted to enclose our laundry machine and water heater so they would be out of the way. Roger built walls from scratch and installed doors. He installed vinyl flooring and wood cabinets for a bar. He also installed a wood fixture for our accent wall where my husband could display his guitars. Lastly, he built a beautiful wood bench for my husband's amps so they'd be off the floor and included a matching door to cover our fuse box. The space is better than we could have imagined, and Roger completed the work in less than a month. He was responsive to our requests and provided a very reasonable quote."

"September 23, 2019. Steve Jacobs, Project Manager, did an excellent job representing CHI. He provided a complete detailed estimate of our request for the removal and installation of a new kitchen in a forty-year-old home. He was very effective working with the sub-contractors required to do specific actions for preparation, painting, floors, cabinets, tiles, electrical and plumbing work. The cost estimate was excellent. We requested a few minor adjustments which were promptly completed. The final cost was very close to the initial estimate. The work was excellent, Our new kitchen is beautiful. We hope Steve is available for other contracting work for which we may have future need. Gerry and Connie Lenzen"
