Where they could have put transitions at the doors, they trimmed the flooring precisely to leave a clean line. Ponderosa contacted us in less than an hour on a Sunday night and were here by 10 am. They have most springs with them but ours are oversized and told us it might be tomorrow. They were able to open a super heavy door for us to get our cars out. They called us back early afternoon and said they got our springs, came back and door was fixed, lubed and working by 4:30, way less than 24 hours of us contacting them on Sunday night.
