"Luis (owner) came out to do the quote on my home. I was looking for tile removal and install in all hall ways, entry way, kitchen and living room. When he was completing the quote, he was very informative on what was going on the quote, and what to expect during the process. We chose to go with his company due to his friendly and professional manner, as well as the reasonable costs. On the first day of the job, Luis and his crew showed up on time, and Luis took the time to go over the project once again. In fact everyday before they started he would let me know what they were going to get done that day, and in the evening we would walk around and review what had been done that day. He always answered any questions that I had. I work from home, so knowing what to expect each day was a great assets to me. Also since I work from home, Luis was able to accommodate when sections of the house would be worked.
