"Our kitchen floor had buckling, tented tiles, and we needed them repaired or replaced. Sorin came for an estimate, was very professional and reassured us that they could be repaired. Luckily we had a few boxes of the original tile, the rest he would have to remove, clean and replace. Not an easy task, but true to his word, the tile looks as good as new and he completed the job in less than 2 days. The price was very reasonable, and he even replaced our front stoop with new tile as well. From his pleasant attitude, to the quality of the work, he helped make a stressful repair tolerable. "I initially called to have them replace drywall that was damaged by water but, they ended up working on a couple other projects I had. All of the work they do is really worth the five stars. I managed to also get two bedrooms finished because of them and can now move into my new home. If you are looking for someone I highly recommend Ventura group. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
