"Zac called me within 5minutes of me speaking to the call center. He arrived alone when he said he would. We have a well cap that is underground so it must be dug up. Unfortunately I could not remember the exact location so he dug for more than an hour. Finally my husband said to move down the path more Zac found my sons helped remove the 3 foot round concrete cover and pull the pump. Zac did all the work needed and put the pump back . He did above and beyond for us in the rain. Would definitely recommend them."

"The job to install separate heating and air conditioning was completed in a timely manner. Our old hybrid dual heat pump/gas furnace had developed problems. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. I'm thankful to have found them through Home Advisor. Certainly would hire them again. Although we haven't put the furnace through any paces yet, we are confident it will serve us well. The A/C cooled the house extremely fast. Uoon completion, the crew chief explained the system and ensured I understood the operation, answering all my questions. I was extremely pleased with their work. Thanks Horizon, five stars!"
