"I give them 5 stars for: 1) The estimator suggested a good Lennox furnace: not the most expensive and at a reasonable installation price; 2) Fast delivery: They came the same week to replace the old furnace by the new one; 3) The crew (3 people) was very knowledgeable: everyone knew what to do and they worked in parallel; 4) When I pointed to a small problem after the installation, A-1 Heating and Cooling was quick to react and solve the problem to my satisfaction; 5) I have the new furnace working for one week and so far everything works fine, including the air quality that is much improved (with a MERV-11 filter).
