"I got a call immediately and Vadim came to my home within an hour of my request. I was skeptical at first because he said he prefers to be paid in cash. He left saying he would purchase the needed part and return in a day or two. He communicated well via text. Showed up two days later and quickly made the repair as well as instructed me on care and maintenance to increase the life of my refrigerator. He knew his craft and was easy to work with.
