They had to replace all of the drywall, and I learned that the builder never secured the electrical outlets on part of my wall, so Nicolas made sure that he secured the outlets prior to installing the drywall. All I can say is now I have an absolutely beautiful backsplash, impeccably installed! They were on time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and are coming back to apply a second coat of sealant in a week, all part of the quoted price, which was extremely reasonable :-).
