"My Dacor microwave, refrigerator and single wall oven arrived and the place of purchase did not have an installer readily available. I called the manufacture and was given the name of an installer. I called the installer and did not receive a response. I contacted Angi and selected the top 2 installers. The first company who contacted me was Quality Technicians. The company informed me they install high end appliances such as Dacor, Wolf, Thermador, etc. I was able to secure an appointment the same day my appliances arrived. I have been without a microwave and wall oven since 9/7/21 due to the appliances breaking down after 17 years of operation. I was elated to be able to have my appliances installed in time to start baking for Thanksgiving. I would recommend this company."

I had 2 problems with my refrigerator - problem with water leaking after I installed the water filter and my water dispenser had not been working for quite awhile. I had called another company six months previous regarding the water dispenser problem and someone from another company came out and diagnosed the problem but told me he couldn't order the part and still charged me $69! I told Curtis what the problems were, gave him the model and serial numbers of the fridge. He came out on time and fixed both problems and I was pleased with what he charged. Very happy!"
