They came out the next day on time and proceeded to do the install. They were very helpful as they explained what they were doing. Insulation batting was put on the walls with radiant barrier sheeting, everything was sealed, and super substantial blown in isolation was added on all the flooring. They went above and beyond to complete the project with some extras added for free! The clean-up was accomplished so you would never know they were there. The attic looks great and my upstairs is COOL! So are they! God Bless them!"

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
