I hit the "connect to a Pro" button after 3 minutes on HA to find what I needed (garage door repair) and my phone rang literally less than 60 seconds later. It was Jack and he apologized for not having been able to read my request yet. I'm thinking no kidding, my fingers are still on the keyboard from typing it! He made a great first impression and offered to set an appointment next day (it was late afternoon). He came when he said he would, also called ahead when he was leaving and did the job quickly. I like to DIY after learning how to do a job by watching a pro. I told him so and he had no problem with that and then proceeded to show me what he was doing and answered all my questions.
