"[ ] My mini-split system had developed leaks and would no longer hold a charge. Two previous techs had brushed me off, saying " yeah, all mini-splits leak." I finally found a reliable tech who verified the leak was not at the outdoor compressor unit but then ghosted me. He obviously wanted no part in isolating each of 3 line-sets and indoor units to find the leak(s), much less commit to the grueling job of replacing any line-sets, which are routed through several crawl spaces. I was very grateful to find Will Lu from Distributor Air HVAC. He painstakenly did what had to be done to isolate the leaks to 2 of the line sets and then come back to replace them. He conducted himself professionally at all times and was always mindful of keeping my indoor space clean, putting down a pathway of drop cloths and donning booties. I found his rates to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He earned my 5 stars."
