They notified me of the issues and advised me that a service technician would be assigned to correct the issues. (I emphasize that these issues were so small I would not have noticed them if the installers hadn't informed me.) Shortly thereafter I received a call to set up an appointment for the service man to come out . My service tech was Daniel Ventoza and he was great. In a short time the issues were completely resolved. I. couldn't be happier with the service Renewal provided--both at installation and subsequently."
