They are respectful of one's property and try their best to keep everything as clean as possible while they work and then clean up afterwards. Daniel was very concerned about helping get the floor that I wanted and then did extra repair to make sure that no one would know that a replacement of the flooring had been made. The work was done very quickly and they were careful of following the rules of my condo association. I highly recommend DAC."

"Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up.
