"This was the first time Jacob had ever done an install without meeting the customer before hand. It worked out great. I can't say enough about his communication skills, the level of professionalism with both him and his staff. and the quality of workmanship. They arrived on time (when does that ever happen) and finished on time. They protected the floors on which they walked with plastic including the carpeted stairs to the second floor.. They followed my requests for tile placement (I'm particular). I added on to the job after the fact and the extra cost was more than fair. Jacob is on speed dial for my next project!"

I had good and bad experience with previous contractors so this time I were very careful about a choosing a right one. I found H&A My Design from internet search and they had great recommendations so I gave them a call. They were very pleasant, explained to me possible projects and I was very satisfied with their offer so we made a contract. The H&A My Design team arrived soon after that, next week and they were excellent, worked hard all day every day to finish the project in scheduled time.
