"Elad and everyone at his company (American home improvement) are very skilled and professional to work with. They pay attention to each and any detail and Elad had so many great ideas for design concepts that reflected as close as possible to what we wanted. Our backyard has a long slope at the back that never been used for anything. We didnât know how to make it useful, besides a retaining wall. We were unwilling to spend our valuable money on design services that will end up with no results or semi results but we never could come up with the beautiful design plan that Elad did. Of course he didnât design it with a retaining wall across our entire back fence. He made a beautiful plan that breaks it up and directed our attention and eyes to several focal points that made it unique. We couldnât be happier!"

"Alicia was wonderful to work with to transform our front courtyard and backyard into a beautiful garden setting. We moved in to our house over 18 years ago and the landscape was "meh" but we never really did much with it. Over the years, the old cracked pond and fountain became a hazard and the whole area in front of our porch looked desolate. Our backyard was more of a case of benign neglect. After a dangerous fall caused by the old pond in the front, we decided we needed to take all of it out and try and make the area look nice. I entered my project in Angie's List and Alicia was the first company to call me. She was very easy to talk to, and after comparing the bids of 3 other companies, I chose Firmly Planted for the job since they could do both the removal of the old rocks and concrete and put in a landscape design. She also had some great ideas for our neglected corner in our backyard as well as taking care of some items that needed to be done and repair a gate and brace a wood fence.. The estimate was VERY fair for the amount of work that was done. The workers arrived promptly Monday morning and were done by Thursday afternoon with all the debris cleaned up along with some additional trimming that I added to the job since they were already there. I am VERY happy with my new gardens in the front and back, the repair work that was done, and the quickness and ease that this project, that I have been dreading for over a decade, was completed."

"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."
