"Three years ago we obtained three bids to replace two rooms which had carpet with hardwood and then refinish all of our hardwood floors. Rosell Hardwood was one of the bids. When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. "My husband and I had our entire first floor redone with birch wood. We had birch wood in the kitchen and in the entry way, tiles in the laundry room, and carpet on the rest of the flooring. We wanted to remove all carpet and tile and replace with birch without having to tear out the kitchen and entry way birch flooring. There were a lot of "angled" areas, where the carpet met the wood, and weaving the wood would be tricky. We hired a contractor that James was working for at the time. James was the primary demo guy and installer, and he was able to remove portions of the wood near the angled areas and weave the new birch wood with the old. The results are stunning! James was very meticulous and made sure that every new plank matched the old plank. It was like playing "Tetris"! James is very knowledgeable with the types of wood and how to treat them when installing. We would definitely hire James and his company, ArtiZen Hardwood Floors, in the future for any new wood floor installation and to possibly do a maintenance follow up with the new flooring."

"We hired AGV for a project at our condo in Sammamish after we discovered water damage from a faulty shower installation (from before we purchased the condo). The insurance company hired a mitigation contractor for us, then we hired AGV to rebuild our shower, re-drywall several different walls with water damage, re-finish our cedar-lined closet, and replace our vinyl flooring. Their estimate was spot-on, with a few add-ons that we agreed to as the project moved forward. They were very responsive to our questions along the way. While they were working on our closet, they suggested a few different options, including one option that was cheaper and involved them customizing corner inserts instead of off-the-shelf. All of their work was high quality, and they kept us updated throughout the process. When the moving company returned our items, they scratched the floor. AGV came back and fixed the scratch for us - good as new! We would use AGV again for future projects, for sure."

"We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."
