"Chris was very easy to work with! We asked him to create a dry creek bed with rustic plantings of prairie grasses, etc that would require low/minimal maintenance alongside our garage. He communicated his work plan each day with us, took our ideas into account whenever possible, and was meticulous in final appearance and clean up. Wish we could give him more than 5 starsâ ¦.he deserves it! Will be using him again next year for phase 2 of our yard renovation! Superb job, Chris!"

In the same room, remove and hopefully reclaim tongue and groove cedar wall paneling so we can reuse it on the new vaulted ceilings we plan to construct.4. Basement: remove a closet at the bottom of the stairs (about 10 feet wide and 3 feet deep) so we can build in a kitchenette/bar area there.5. Kitchen: a recent contractor installed cheap engineered wood on top of two layers of old flooring. We want to disassemble the kitchen island, move it out of the room (my husband is a licensed General Contractor, so can get the plumbing & electrical taken care of), cut the flooring along the line of the cabinets, and take the flooring out down to the original 1925 sub floor. We also need help carrying the island Silestone countertop to another room temporarily. We are pretty sure there is no asbestos, but will need to confirm. Thats the project.
