"Love My Floors has the most amazing business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my 26 years living in Crystal Beach. Our house was quite a challenge to start, three renovations over the 50 plus year life of our home that resulted in a floor that had slightly different levels and several low spots. I received three estimates for a 2000 sq ft floor replacement and their price was in the middle of the three. My wife and I were impressed with the owner who came in and confidently measured and assessed the condition of the floor and provided the estimate that night, and stuck with that estimate in light of pealing back the proverbial onion resulting in 4 additional days over the estimated time. They required no down payment and no money paid until the job was finished. The installers were an incredible husband and wife team that worked meticulously through the difficult challenges and did a 110% on the installation. New baseboard and caulking installed by a third worker added the final touch. The owner came everyday but two and called to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. In the end he the company provided a $370 credit for materials that were not used. My wife and I are elated we picked this company"

"I hired this company in November to do a small drywall ceiling repair. They did such a great job I decided to get an estimate for complete removal of 20 year old tile in my laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, hall closet, bathroom and bedroom. They also demoed a half wall separating my dining room and living room and a wall in my bedroom closet. They installed new tile, repaired drywall and replaced baseboards throughout the whole house, about 700 sq feet total. They also referred me to a great refinishing guy to do my other bedroom floor. He will answer your call anytime day or night. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I will refer him to anyone I know that needs work done. They also completed my job in one week, started when they were supposed to and were respectful of my home as I moved out for that week. Keep up the good work Oz! Thanks for everything:)"

"Osmar and his team installed approximately 3000 sq ft of porcelain tile in my home. They did an amazing job with the large plank tile and used 1/16th spacers. The floors turned out beautiful and I get complements from everyone who comes Into our home. He and his team also retired a bathtub and floor to ceiling shower. The work they do is very good and I highly recommend him. Lastly they installed our kitchen and bar backsplash and receded our fireplace. Really anything I asked Osmar to do he did excellent work! "We love our new bathroom! We wanted to update our bathroom look and in a day, Russell gave us a detailed estimate for everything we wanted to do. We already had the new wall tile, floor tile and the vanity and just needed installation. Russell confirmed we had enough tile and also advised us on the other finishes we might need and want to consider like the tile edge, new shower valve and faucet which we hadn't thought of. He provided the rest and scheduled us to begin in 2 days! We also decided to have them put in a new tub for us. They were very efficient and the whole project only took 4 days to complete. We were instructed to allow the new shower walls 3 days dry time before we used it. Other than a leaky toilet valve that needed to be replaced, everything went perfect and the quality was way beyond our expectations. 5 stars!"
