He showed empathy and concern and offered to assist in anyway including taking me to urgent care if necessary. Fortunately, I didn't need additional care. When the shower materials were received, a time was scheduled for the install, and Max and David showed up on time. Throughout the 2-day process, both Max and David were efficient and walked me through the various steps they were taking. They laid cloths down for walkways and blocked off the area to prevent dust spreading into the bedroom. The project was completed earlier than expected even after they cleaned up everywhere. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process from the salesman Gary to the office personnel keeping me abreast of the order, to the completion. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and didn't try to up-sell me on anything which I really appreciated. And best of all....no more grout!!"
