He also helped us remain within our budget and kept us mindful of not overspending in areas, creatively offered workarounds, and allowed us revise with no hassels. We were also able to see our home being designed with the 3D viewer, which for people like me who struggle to "see" what the actual houseplan will look like, it made it that much more easy and exciting. "Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching! When others won t help, they will. Quality work, totally fair prices - I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone in need of a roofer."
