Carl gave us an estimate to replace all the deck surface boards with a qualification that depended on the amount of rot we had in the old posts supporting the deck. Fortunately only a few required replacement and we did want the job to be done correctly. We also wanted a new sliding glass door to go along with our resurfaced deck. Saul and his helpers did the work on the deck and installed the door. These guys were great and made every effort to do the work professionally. They paid attention to details and did not hesitate in making corrections where necessary and to redo instead of covering up when necessary. The extra effort left us with a brand new look in our back yard and we could not be happier. I also know from past experience that if we find anything wrong with the work that Mark Meredith, LLC will send a crew to make it right."

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

"Hire with confidence, this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I’m moving out of state and needed my new townhouse painted. Andreas, the owner, quickly went onsite to quote my project, suggested additional work (which needed to be done) and provided a detailed written proposal. The day of the project, Andreas and his crew of 5 or 6 painting the interior of my home (ceilings, baseboards & walls) completing the project in only one day! The quality of their work is exceptional - walls were patched & prepped, walls required 2 coats and high quality Sherwin Williams paint was used. Their clean-up was also really impressive.
