Comment: Needing to convert a garage to a living space for a senior individual. Garage is in fairly poor condition but has bones. Major things needed will be a new roof, plumbing, and electric. The garage is at the base of a slope, so proper drainage away from the foundation will also be needed to prevent water from coming into the space. We are open to scrap and rebuild as well, depending on how difficult conversion may be.
