As the project manager for some repairs and extensive painting in my home, her customer service was beyond reproach. She was on site at some point each day assuring that things were being done right. Efficiency was maintained by having a crew with a variety of skills. She did not simply want the job to be done, she wanted the customer to be happy when the job was completed. I am happy!!!
