"Fred, the owner of Pine Ridge Renovations, was just exceptional to work with. After getting in over our heads with some DIY renovations we decided to hire someone to do our engineered hardwood flooring install & couldn’t have been happier to have ended up with Fred and his son Patrick. Not only did they do a great job with the floors, Fred gave us such great advice on other aspects of our project we weren’t even hiring him for. He was generous with his services, even doing extra work on our toilet he didn’t have to. He never made us feel pressured to do anything more than what we were looking for, was on time every single day, finished the job quickly and gave us a very fair price. "Steve and his team were amazing. We did this remodel from out of state. Steve paid attention to all the details from start to finish. He provided great customer service. He sent us photos, called us and did facetime on all the progress. He met with us when we came into town to check on work. He provided top-quality materials. The entire inside of house was done (walls taken out, redo fireplace stone, mantle, new kitchen, two bathrooms all rooms painted, all new flooring, reroute plumbing into garage for washer/dryer, we moved into a brand-new home) I highly recommend Steve for remodeling work. He stays in total contact and control of the entire project. Very happy with work done."
