I had some relatively smaller jobs; replace exterior door, replace bathroom fan, install hanging shelf from vaulted garage ceiling, replace built-in mailbox with larger security type, and remove/repair several areas on exterior walls that would need stucco finishing. He picked up my tile, helped me with a grout color, and went out of his way to be sure that I was happy no matter what. There was even a small leak in a refrigerator water line that he replaced during the job. He helped me out so much that I didnâ t even have to stress.
