"We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
