They were prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable from the first visit through completion. What really stood out was their honesty — they identified problems with the previous installation that we never would have known about and took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it properly instead of just doing a quick patch. Derek managed the project and made everything straightforward and well-organized, and the technicians (Charles, Ryan, and another team member) were courteous, efficient, and careful in our home. The work was done correctly, sealed properly, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way.
