He was quick to respond, showed up in person to survey the job, listened intently to my ideas, offered up some of his own, and had a draft plan and estimate ready the next day. He has an eye for detail, and didn’t miss a thing. Russ was flexible and adaptable, and each step in the process was well coordinated.
