He contacted the provider and not only got it replaced at no cost...which involved getting a local retailer to forego the price for my model which they no longer carried. Speaking on my behalf was above and beyond what i would have ever expected him to do. His price was fair and he came out on the weekend. He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. "At least 5 other companies said that they could not handle the job because our air handler was in the attic and the opening for our stairs was too small to take out the old handler and put in the new one. Air Master Heating's expert, Ken, laughed out loud about that. He said that it would be no problem. He did calculations and we solved the problem with a high efficiency unit. Ken was the estimator and led the installation team. Everyone on the team was hardworking and respectful. They installed the system, cleaned up well and were a pleasure to have in our home.
