In fact, CJ, the owner was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable during the evaluation process and I felt I was being consulted to by an expert and not sold to by a salesman. Our project had many facets including refinishing existing floors, replacing carpet with new floors and tearing out old flooring and replacing with new.
