"I was extremely happy with Northshore. My water heater broke, and started to leak from the bottom, after midnight on Dec 30th and just shortly after the big freeze we had. With people's pipes bursting, I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting service. Northshore sent me an estimate and called me first thing in the morning and were able to be in my house before 10am. They completed the installation in less than two hours. They even completely bled out all of the air in the pipes so that the water ran smoothly and didn't do that exploding air thing that they do when there is air in the lines. They were very friendly, professional and made sure they left the area clean. I highly recommend them."

Waterproofing
"Jose was prompt and efficient and did a lovely job. I needed the moldy, very old, hanging insulation removed and taken away. I have already told my neighbors about Jose. When he finished and left, downstairs was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend him. NOTE: I could not accurately list the work Jose did, so I put in foundation because I needed something. This website is flawed, because you can not list what you had done, except in the narrative, and I want people to know what an excellent job Jose did."

Drain Line Blockage and Clear
"They showed up early, worked diligently on a cold day, and checked both branches of the sewer line leading from my house to the main. Good thing they did—there was a second break that they discovered. They fixed that also and double-checked that everything was functioning properly, then cleaned everything up."
