"The price was very good and the sales rep Robert Manna was on time, the installation crew was on time, got it done for my family to swim and the installation crew explained how to operate the system before they left and if I had any question I just called Robert Manna and explained any questions we had. "I have to say that I have never actually paid this plumber for a job. However, I had a problem with our plumbing flooding the house the evening before my mother was going in for surgery. I wish I could remember the plumber's name to give him a quality shout out. What I can say is that he came out ...said that he would take a look at it and it might possibly cost between a certain amount plus the service charge fee if he was able to fix it. He also said if he wasn't able to fix it that it would just be the service fee. Well... He wasn't able to take care of the issue, however, he also told me that since his office was so close to our home that he didn't feel comfortable charging a service fee. I'm hoping this comment does not cause him any kind of adverse effects. In this day and age when people are trying to just survive it's refreshing when others show a decent moral code. They want to obviously make a living, but at the same time they don't want to do it at a hindering cost to others. I don't know if this gentleman was an owner or an employee, but if I have any issues in the future... Benjamin Franklin plumbing will be one of the first places I call."
