"The Santiago Home Improvement crew were top notch. They called immediately after putting out our request and came in person the same day to review the project and provide a quote - they started only a few days later, and worked with us around our busy schedules. Amazingly flexible with unexpected changes (paint colors, door fittings), and extremely professional and polite throughout. The work was done carefully and flawlessly and the crew cleaned up after themselves each day and at the end of the overall job. AND they finished early - bonus! Highly recommend to others based on dedication to quality of work, timeliness, and communication. We will be reaching out to them for future planned work for sure. Thank you!"

"Nick is very professional and and so attentive to detail. The way he masked my house off and prepped it properly was a relief. It looks beautiful and it really was a good price for such high quality work. I'm so glad I found him."

"Ramon was very responsive in providing an estimate, communicating on the start date and end date of the job, and was very efficient in getting the job completed on time as scheduled. Work quality is excellent. Painting an old 3 story house is not easy but Ramon & staff made it look easy! Very happy with Envision Painting."

"NJN was absolutely wonderful to work with. I live 1000 miles from Milwaukee and purchased a condo that was in desperate need of fresh paint! Nick was able to meet with my sister and view the property and give a fair quote. His quote was significantly less than what the realtor had given me (more than 1/2 price) and competitive with others I received in the area. He completed the entire space (1200 sq. ft + ceilings) in just about 5 days. I did not move here until March 3rd and I was very pleased with his work. If you are looking for honest, fair, quality painting please contact Nick Niemczyk at NJN Printing - you will not be disappointed!"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
