"The definition of ABOVE & BEYOND. Hard to put into words how much Brian and his crew helped us out. We were left scrambling after a bad floor tile job (from a big box company that shall not be named). Brian stepped up immediately after reading our Home Advisor submission (when no one else did). He was calm, courteous, informative and thorough. Told us what we needed to do to fix the issue, how to save ourselves some money, and even where to find great looking and affordable replacement materials. Tremendously helpful stepping us through buying the supplies as well (despite us being total novices). When the install proved to be more complicated than he quoted, he didn’t flinch and came through like a champ. Impeccable attention to detail, and hands down one of the friendliest and fairest people we’ve ever dealt with. "Our Demo and installer was Gene from the Bath Authority group. Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. Extremely glad I went with Bath Authority. Highly recommend Bath Authority for any similar projects. As others have said, there was No mess or leftover materials after work was completed.
