"Everyone in the company showed true professionalism. They wanted to make sure you knew what was going on in every step of removal and install. Nick who came to our home said we would get a lesson on roof install. I truly was given a lesson. Knowing the process and seeing the difference in the material being use. Nick made our decision very simple as to who was going to install our new roof. The installers did a fantastic job. If we had a question it was answered. If it concerned why install is done this way. The answer was always explained. Never got a reply of Oh I got to find out. The crew took the install very serious. Which made us feel great. You could say our new roof install was not just another job. It was to make us satisfied customers. Both Adam and Scott show up during install to make sure things were going as described and outlined by Nick. The focus for them was making sure we were happy and the work and cleanup was being done properly. I can tell you we were thrilled wit or new roof and on the spot asked for additional work could be added to the work order. Adam wants to make sure that your completely satisfied with the completion of your project. I have had other contractors do work on my home. But these guys set a very high bar in complete satisfaction."
