"Alex and another technician arrived on time, put on their shoe covers and immediately went to work. The problem was diagnosed as a dry trap in our drain pipe which had caused the loud sound that we had been hearing from the last two weeks. They explained why it had happened and what we needed to do to prevent it. They were very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services if I have a need in the future."

"The installers came on time. The main installer had 14 years experience which made me feel comfortable about his work. We did purchase the top of the line so far so good. We will have everything checked in 6 months as suggested. We're hoping that this product works well. This is are third furnace and heat pump in eleven years."
