"Had him rebuild an old patio cover in my yard. All we kept were the posts and two beams. Replaced all else. Came out very nice. Couple months later had him do some porch railing and window sill repairs on a rental house my mother owns. Nice work, very fair price. Will definitely use him again."

"Jesus did an outstanding job to a floor that had many deep set stains to the wood. He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product. I highly recommend his company."

"Miguel was incredibly professional and delivered outstanding results! Scheduling an appointment with him was easy, and he even came to my home to provide a free quote. He repaired my TV console, which had been damaged by a candle burn, and handled everything from sanding and priming to painting with great care and precision. The color match on the top of the console is absolutely perfect—you’d never know it was damaged. I’m beyond happy with the outcome and highly recommend Miguel for any restoration or painting project!"

The work was done professionally because the preparation was done in a comprehensive fashion. Detail oriented and easy to work with, Clementson Painting will get your job done and you will not be disappointed."

"Hector and his team did a great job. They were very professional and even finished early. It only took 2 1/2 weeks to do a complete remodel of my guest bathroom. I will definitely call him again when I start my next project."

"We recently finished a kitchen remodel with Rose Remodeling & Design, and the results are absolutely stunning. From the very first design meeting through the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The team worked efficiently, kept us updated, and delivered exactly what we envisioned. Adir Hazan personally checked in often to ensure everything was on track and that our needs were prioritized. Our kitchen feels brand new, and I couldn?t recommend them more."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
