"My wife and I rented our house in the historic district in Litchfield CT for three years. We decided to purchase this gorgeous 1821 historic house. It was previously a rental property for 29 years. As gorgeous as it is we needed to do some work right away to keep the gorgeous appeal. Two days after I closed on the house I had Rob and his team come in and basically they worked magic on the hardwood floors through out our house. We went with natural look and I can t say enough about he care and the customer service of Rob company. I noticed a lot of people talk about how Rob answers all questions and calls that is an understatement. Rob takes all calls with pride, very easy to talk too, his generosity to answer all questions no matter how many you might have, and his knowledge of the work is incredible. Rob is a family man that cares about every project as if it was his own house for his own family. I have now made a commitment to Rob that for the reminder projects in our house he will be doing them from putting tiles down in our bathroom, updating tiles in kitchen, converting our carpet laundry room to a hard surface flooring, and upgrading the carpet on our stairs and master closet. I truly didn t just hire a flooring company for my new home I hired a new friend/family man to help me make the changes for my wife and I and our first baby on the way in our new HOME!!!
